IT Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, I oversee the school’s entire cloud and network infrastructure — firewalls, switches, access points, servers and backups — and own the annual IT budget and procurement.

• Monitor and optimize network performance to reduce downtime and latency
• Align local infrastructure with Nord Anglia’s group-wide technology standards
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; manage FortiGate, Meraki and CCTV
• Lead IT projects and upgrades, and supervise junior IT staff
• Prepare the IT budget, track spend and manage vendors

Core System Specialist

Managed Nutanix, VMware, IBM and HP servers, SAN storage, Windows Server, firewalls, Cisco and Aruba access points, email security and backup systems for high availability, performance and security.

ICT Engineer

Ran critical IT systems including Nutanix, VMware, servers, SAN and enterprise firewalls; prepared business cases for new projects and renewals; and delivered end-to-end technical support across the organization.

IT & AV Support

Maintained IT and audiovisual systems — computers, networks, projectors, smart boards and PA — and provided helpdesk support and training for staff and students.

IT Support

Supported the school’s IT infrastructure and AV systems, resolving issues quickly, onboarding users onto new technologies and keeping equipment maintained.
